Les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s scientifiques couvertes par le LSE et les partenaires du GISFI permettent une large expertise i) en science du sol avec l\u2019\u00e9tude de la p\u00e9dogen\u00e8se des sols tr\u00e8s anthropis\u00e9s (en particulier, processus physicochimiques d\u2019\u00e9volution des sols), ii) en g\u00e9ochimie avec l\u2019analyse des contaminants, iii) en agronomie avec l\u2019\u00e9valuation des effets de la fertilit\u00e9 et de la toxicit\u00e9 des sols sur les v\u00e9g\u00e9taux et la faisabilit\u00e9 de la\r\nphytorem\u00e9diation. La base de donn\u00e9es est constitu\u00e9e de donn\u00e9es d\u0027archives du Grand Nancy et par des donn\u00e9es acquises par le LSE ces 5 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sur 450 \u00e9chantillons de sols urbains g\u00e9or\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9s r\u00e9partis sur des sites v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9s du Grand Nancy (e.g. parcs et jardins, jardins potagers, zones de loisirs, arbres d\u2019alignement, friches urbaines, cimeti\u00e8res). L\u2019ensemble de ces \u00e9chantillons sont\r\nr\u00e9f\u00e9renc\u00e9s pour permettre un retour ult\u00e9rieur sur site et stock\u00e9s dans la p\u00e9doth\u00e8que du LSE.
