Description
A fully equipped stationary Eddy Covariance flux tower is positioned since 2017 in the reed belt of Lake Neusiedl. The research is focusing on carbon an water cycling in wetlands and measures carbon, water and energy exchange between bio- and atmosphere and provides high-resolution long-term data as part of the Long Term Wetland Ecosystem Research (LTWER). This facility is hosted by the Geoecology working group of the University of Vienna.
