Velka kopa

This summit occurs in altitude of 2052, 4 m a.s.l. on Veľká kopa peak itself. Communities of alliance Juncion trifidi prevail on W, S and E expositions. Scarcely, some transitional communities can be found too. However, typical herb species of alpine zone are missing. Northern exposition is typical by evenly backdown of grass species. They are substituted here by herb species, so vegetation is getting a character of communities of the class Salicetea herbaceae - alliances Salicion herbaceae and Festucion pictae or the class Thlaspietea rotundifolii - alliance Androsacion alpinae.
