The whole process of training the Plan has taken place in three phases:

- the analysis of the existing constraints and its state of art
The definition of guiding criteria
The plan design setting
Coordination with the PUTT with landscape values "Lesina and Varano"

- the final processing of the analysis material
The drafting of the draft PUTT / p draft, taking into account the indications deriving from the approval of the first phase of work

- the final preparation of the plan, taking into account the indications resulting from the approval of the second phase draft.
