Abstract
Dataset provides ammonia concentrations measured in Lake Santo Parmense in 1991. Water samples were collected by means of a Ruttner bottle at different depths over the whole water column at the point of maximum depth of the lake. Samples were analysed spectrophotometrically according to Koroleff (1970).

No information on the analytical method is available (Spatial Scale Description: Water samples were collected at the point of maximum depth of the lake by means of a Ruttner bottle. Samples were collected only from the surface layer. Only one sample was collected in november 1953. In 1954 samples were collected monthly from january to october.
