Abstract
Dataset provides dissolved reactive phosphorus concentrations measured in Lake Santo Parmense between june 1973 and october 1974. Water samples were collected by means of a Ruttner bottle at different depths over the whole water column at the point of maximum depth of the lake. Samples were analysed according to APHA, AWWA, WPCF (1971).

Method Description
Water transparency was measured at the point of maximum depth of the lake by means of a Secchi disk. (Spatial Scale Description: Water is sampled with a Rutner sampler from the upper 50 cm of the water during monthly boat trips. Samples are transported in PE containers, cool and shaded. Sampels are treted the same daily (mostly within 6 h). 100 ml are filtered immediately through 0,45 µm cellulose acetate filters. Ammonium is incubated at once, the other sample is frozen for the 3 other nutrients.)
