Ammonia in Lake Santo Parmense (2001-2003)

Water temperature was measured at different depths over the whole water column at the point of maximum depth of the lake (Spatial Scale Description: Water samples were collected at the point of maximum depth of the lake by means of a Ruttner bottle. Samples were collected at the following depths: 0, -2 m, -5 m, -10 m, -15 m, -18 m, bottom. Samples were kept refrigerated and transported to the laboratory where ammonia was determined following Solorzano (1969). From june to october 1973, samples were collected with irregular frequency (ranging from monthly to three times a month). In 1974 samples were collected monthly from january to october (excluding june).)
