During the 1980s changes in the floristic composition of vegetation types was monitored. These data were followed up by SAEON who continue to monitor the changes in herbaceous and woody vegetation in the park.
History
Kalahari Gemsbok National Park is a protected area situated in the Northern Cape province and is included in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park.
